With Mike and the team in full swing repairing the shoddy fire damage remediation work left behind by the last contractor, Mike discovers an old oil storage tank buried in the backyard.

Debbie and Ross hired a contractor to build a new open concept staircase. They ended up with an unwieldy staircase made of particleboard and cheap spindles. Mike demolishes the eyesore and installs a beautiful new staircase with nice railings.
